The camera is splash-resistant and built for outdoor use but is not fully waterproof. For underwater or heavy rain use, we recommend purchasing a dedicated waterproof case.

No special software is needed. The photos are stored in standard JPEG format, which can be viewed in the file manager.

Press and hold the R button at the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds to force a reset. If the issue continues, remove and reinsert the SD card or contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance.
